One way to make this happen is to stop listening to the bad news on the television or in the newspaper!  The truth is that sales have been up in California for seven months in a row.  Consumer confidence is on the rise and the American people are figuring out how to make  necessary adjustments, if necessary, and are moving forward in their lives regardless of the obstacles they are facing!
